Notes:
Bolognese Sauce can be made in advance.
Make sure the mozzarella cheese is low moisture.
Recipe makes approximately 2 baking dishes worth of lasagna.

Instructions

Step 1: Make Bolognese Sauce

Optional Step: Reheat Bolognese Sauce
If bolognese sauce was made in advance, reheat on stovetop to a light simmer.

Step 2: Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 3: Cook Pasta
Once bolognese sauce has been fully cooked or reheated, start a pot of boiling water for the lasagna pasta.
Add a large pinch of salt to the pot of boiling water.
Add pasta to boiling water and cook for full recommended time.

Step 4: Prep Cheeses
While pasta cooks, grate cheese.
If mozzarella came in block or slices, grate mozzarella cheese.
Grate paremsan cheese until you have roughly 1 cup.

Step 5: Assemble Lasgna
Lasagna layers:
    (Top)
    - Parmesan
    - Ricotta
    - Mozzarella
    - Sauce
    - Pasta
    - Parmesan
    - Ricotta
    - Mozzarella
    - Sauce
    - Pasta
    - Parmesan
    - Ricotta
    - Mozzarella
    - Sauce
    - Pasta
    - Sauce
    (Bottom)

Step 6: Assemble Lasgna - 1
Add roughly 1/4 cup of bolognese sauce to bottom of baking dish.
Lay 1 even layer of cooked pasta over sauce.
Add roughly 1 cup shredded mozzarella over noodles.
Add dollups of ricotta over mozzarella.
Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over rioctta.

Step 7: Assemble Lasgna - 2
Lay 1 even layer of cooked pasta over cheese layer.
Add roughly 1/4 cup of bolognese sauce over parmesan layer.
Add roughly 1 cup shredded mozzarella over noodles.
Add dollups of ricotta over mozzarella.
Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over rioctta.

Step 8: Assemble Lasgna - 3
Add roughly 1/4 cup of bolognese sauce over parmesan layer.
Lay 1 even layer of cooked pasta over sauce.
Add roughly 1 cup shredded mozzarella over noodles.
Add dollups of ricotta over mozzarella.
Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over rioctta.

Step 9: Cover and Baker
Tightly wrap baking dish(es) with tin foil.
Place in preheated oven.
Bake at 375 for 40 mintues.

Step 10: Broil Top
After baking for 40 minutes, remove tin foil from baking dish(se).
Broil on High for 10 minutes or until cheese is brown.

Step 11: Rest
Remove baking dish(es).
Allow to cool for 20 mintues below serving.
