Taco Salad

Nacho Cheese Doritos 10 Ounce
Catalina (or French) Salad Dressing 1/2 Cup
Taco Seasoning 1-2 Packet
Cheddar Cheese 1 Cup
Salt
Pepper

  Prep Time: 10 Minutes
  Cook time: 10 Minutes

Instructions

Step 1: Brown Beef
  Heat a pan on medium-high heat.
  Add beed to preheated pan.
  Press beef into pan.
  Wtihout moving the beef, allow beef to brown 2-3 minutes.

Step 2: Slice Vegetables and Grate Cheese
  While beef browns, dice tomatao and lettuce.
  Grate cheddar cheese.

Step 3: Finish Cooking Beef
  Once beef has browned, mix and break up the beef.
  Cook beef until done. Roughly 5-6 minutes total cooking time.
  Lower heat to low-medium.
  Drain fat from pan.
  Return to heat.

Step 4: Season Beef
  Add taco seasoning to beef in pan.
  Stir to combine.
  Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
  Reduce heat to low.

Step 5: Combine Ingredients
  In a large bowl, combine:
    - Lettuce
    - Tomato
    - Nacho Doritos (roughly 10 chips per serving)
    - Cheese
    - Catalina Dressing
    - Ground Beef
  Ensure Doritos breakup into bite size pieces during mixing.

Step 6: Finish and Serve
  Scoop the mixed salad into a bowl.
  Add any additional toppings on top such as:
    - Salsa
    - Avocado
