Instructions
Step 1: Prep
Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Wash and dry potatoes.
Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch-thick wedges.
Toss on backing sheet with a large drizzle of oil, Fry Seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Step 2: Roast Potatoes
Roast on top rack until golden brown, 20-25 minutes.
Step 3: Finish and Serve
Divide potatoes between plate.
