Notes:
Use a ratio of roughly 1 part Saurkraut to 1+1/2 parts kielbasa.
Cooking can be done on High or Low setting.
Instructions
Step 1: Prep
Slice kielbasa into 1/2" thick rounds.
Drain saurkraut. You do no need to rinse.
Step 2: Add Ingredients to Slow Cooker
Add sliced kielbasa and saurkraut to slow cooker.
Add 1/2 of the brown sugar (2 tablespoons) to slow cooker.
Add optional mustard.
Step 3: Slow Cook
Slow cook for at least 6 hours.
Note: Slow cooker can be used on high for 4 hours to speed up cooking time.
Step 4: Serve
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
