Instructions

Step 1: Prep
  Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  Rinse potatoes with water.
  Slice potatoes into wedges (4 pieces).
  Place potatoe wedges on sheet pan.
  Drizzle with cooking oil.

Step 2: Season
  Add seasonings such as:
    - Salt
    - Pepper
    - Onion Powder
    - Garlic Powder
    - Italian Seasoning

Step 3: Toss and Arrange
  Toss potatoes, oil, seasoning on sheet pan to evenly coat everything.
  Carefully arrange potatoe wedges so the skin side is down (wedge facing up).
  Note: Arranging the potatoes wedges in this manner avoids the need to flip part-way through cooking.

Step 4: Roast
  Place sheet pan in oven on top rakc.
  Roast for 25-40 minutes (small fingerling potatoes will be done in approximately 20 mintues, red potatoes will be done in approximately 40 minutes).
