Instructions

Step 1: Boil Eggs
  Add eggs to a pot and cover with cold water.
  Bring water to a boil.
  (Optional) Add 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda to water to help peel eggs.
  Apply lid to pot.
  Remove from heat.
  Rest with lid on for 12 minutes.
  Remove eggs to an ice water bath to cool.

Step 2: Peel and Cut Eggs
  Peel eggs.
  Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
  Carefully remove yolks and place yolks in a bowl.

Step 3: Make Filling
  To bowl with egg yolks, add:
    - Mayonnaise
    - Apple Cider Vinegar (or Pickle Juice or Pickle Relish)
    - Dijon Mustard
    - Salt
    - Pepper
  Mix until well combined.
  Optional Mix-ins:
    - Avocado (1 large Avocado)
    - Chives
    - Herbs such as Dill or Basil
    - Spices such as Cayenne or Hot Sauce

Step 4: Assemble
  Tip: Use a piping bag to make filling easier.
  Add egg yolk mixture to empty egg whites.
  Add additional toppings such as:
    - Sliced Pickle
    - Bacon
    - Chives
    - Sliced Fish
    - Ham Cubes
    - Sliced Jalapeno
  Garnish with Paprika (Optional).

Step 5: Finish and Serve
  Plate completed eggs on dish.
  Store up to 2 days in fridge.
