Instructions

Step 1: Prep
Preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit.
Wash and dry potatoes.
Slice potatoes into 1/4-inch-thick rounds.
Mix spices for Tuscan Heat Spice (recomment 1/4 teaspoon per part).

Step 2: Roast Potatoes
Toss potatoes on baking sheet with a large drizzle of olive oil, Tuscan Heat Spice, salt, and pepper.
Arrange rounds slightly overlapping on sheet, even sprinkle with parmesan.
Roast until browned and tender, 20-25 minutes.

Step 3: Finish and Serve
Divide potatoes between plates .
