Instructions
Step 1: Prep
Rinse mushrooms under cold water.
Peel and thinly slice garlic cloves.
(Optional) Trim stems from mushrooms. This does not affect taste, but does make the mushrooms look nicer.
Step 2: Cook Mushrooms
Cooking can be done in a large pot on stove, in a low temp in the oven, or in a crock pot.
In a large pot, add water and bring to boil over medium-high heat.
Add ingredients.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover.
Simmer for 6-9 hours.
If keeping overnight, allow to cool completely before storing in fridge.
