Instructions

Step 1: Mix in Pot
  Heat medium saucepan on stovetop over medium-high heat.
  To pre-heated pan, add:
    - 4 tablespoons red wine
    - 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
    - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
  Add either Option 1 or Option 2 ingredients:
    Option 1:
        - 4 tablespoons beef drippings
    Option 2:
        - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
        - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
        - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Step 2: Wix and Bring to a Boil
  Whisk ingredients together.
  Bring to a boil.
  Reduce heat and simmer mixture 5 minutes.

Step 3: Adjust Seasoning
  After simmering for 5 minutes, taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

Step 4: Finish and Serve
  Spoon au jus into small bowl and serve hot.
