Notes:
The garlic acts as an emulsifier.

Instructions

Step 1: Combine
Into a small bowl, grate or press garlic clove.
Finely grind black pepper into bowl.
To bowl, add:
- Honey (or Maple Syrup) (1-2 Tablespoons)
- Balsamic Vinegar (1/4 Cup)
- Mustard (1 Tablespoon)
- Salt (1/2 Teaspoon)
Whisk to combine.

Step 2: Add Oil
To bowl, add olive oil (3/4 Cup).
Whisk until emulsified.

Step 3: Store in Fridge
Pour dressing into a sealable container.
Store in refridgerator.
Shake well before using.
