Garlic acts as an emulsifier.
Instructions
Step 1: Melt Butter
In a large sauce pan, combine:
- Heavy Cream
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly until butter is melted.
Step 2: Add Garlic & Seasoning
Add 1 grated garlic clove.
Add optional Italian Seasoning.
Step 3: Melt Cheese
Add 1+1/2 Cups freshly grated parmesan to sauce pan.
Cook until cheese is fully melted.
Step 4: Adjust
Taste and add additional Paresan Cheese and seasoning as required.
